final

These are my final products for my experimental photography

This is my light painting experiment on drawing around bodies and other light experiments. some of the photos are detailed on the body so you can see who it is and their facial expression. On some of the photos you can see that the models face or body has moved but that gives it a better effect on the photo. I have darkened the background behind the light and the models to give it a better emphasis. I had to use two models excluding myself at the top right to make the effect better at the end. I had decided to use four pictures for this technique as I was really pleased with the out come of all four products.

Double Exposure

This is my double exposure. double exposure photographs really interest me as you can do so much with the technique. In this particular photo I had my model Poppy move along the frame while a light was flashed on her for a couple of seconds. as you can see this is the uncropped version of the picture but below left is the final image. I have also developed another image using the double exposure technique. In this below right image i have used a longer shutter speed to create this effect. This took the same time and same process as the other image. In this i wanted to create a split person image and i would say it has worked successfully

Projections.

Projections are one of my favourite techniques as this shows an image of anything you want and projects it onto the model or object. i asked my model sophie to stand in the centre and it made it better for me as she was wearing a white top. The image projected is of a flower and i chose to take the image portrait  to get the full model in the photo

Abstract zoom/zoom burst

Abstract zooms are a really good technique to use as the burst brings out the colour in the image and makes the image stand out more than it regularly would do. I decided to use two models in the centre of the image with all this colour around them purposely. this image stands out among all the others and is one of my favorite photos.
